An Elegant Gathering in Changzhou Launches a New Era for Qipao Culture
The event successfully marks the launch of the Huaxia Source Club‘s Changzhou Chapter and the signing ceremony for the Huaxia Qipao Culture Museum in Wuhan.
CHANGZHOU, CHINA – April 19, 2026 – In the vibrant late spring, the historic city of Changzhou, a jewel of the Jiangnan region south of the Yangtze River, hosted a magnificent cultural event blending Eastern aesthetics with the profound heritage of Chinese civilization. Over 300 industry leaders and distinguished representatives from the Qipao community across China gathered to witness two milestone moments: the grand launch of the Huaxia Source Club‘s Changzhou Chapter and the landmark signing ceremony for the Huaxia Qipao Culture Museum in Wuhan. This event marks a significant new chapter in the preservation of Chinese Qipao culture and its global industrial development.

The ceremony was hosted by the Huaxia Qipao Culture Research Institute and organized by Senyi Culture Development (Kunshan) Co., Ltd., with support from the institute‘s Changzhou branch. Esteemed leaders from the institute‘s headquarters and various branches, including Gu Jinchang, Yang Ningxi, Gao Guixiang, and many others, were in attendance. They were joined by special guests such as Chen Xiaoping and Xu Rongguo, as well as heads of Huaxia Source Club locations, to jointly celebrate this fusion of Eastern beauty and plan the future of Qipao culture.

During the ceremony, Ms. Zi Qi, head of the Huaxia Source Club‘s Changzhou Chapter, delivered a warm welcome address. "As a spring breeze graces the Dragon City, its brocaded beauty reflects the elegance of Jiangnan," she began. "Changzhou, known anciently as ‘Longcheng‘ or Dragon City, has long been celebrated as a land of refined culture and splendid scenery. Today, the art of the Qipao takes root here, creating a poetic encounter between timeless Eastern charm and the delicate spirit of Jiangnan. We aim to integrate the dignified grace and gentle beauty embodied by the Qipao into the daily life and urban fabric of Changzhou, allowing this traditional intangible cultural heritage to shine with renewed brilliance in our modern era."

Ms. Ziqi stated that the establishment of the Huaxia Qipao Cultural Research Institute and the Changzhou Branch of the Huaxia Zhiyuan Club represents both a steadfast commitment to cultivating local roots while radiating influence across broader horizons, and a profound sense of responsibility in preserving cultural heritage and championing the spirit of Chinese aesthetics. Looking ahead, the Changzhou Branch will take this inaugural ceremony as its point of departure, working to build a multifaceted cultural exchange platform. The Branch will undertake an in-depth exploration of the intangible cultural heritage craftsmanship and rich cultural connotations of the Su-style qipao, while regularly organizing a series of programs — including qipao study workshops, traditional Chinese fashion showcases, and cultural salons — to bring the beauty of the qipao into everyday life and let it gently enrich the hearts of a wider public. At the same time, the Branch will open its doors to talents from all walks of life and all corners of the world, building bridges for cross-regional cultural exchange. Through dedicated storytelling of Eastern aesthetics, it aspires to transform Changzhou into a new landmark for qipao cultural heritage and a powerful magnetic field for the promotion of traditional Chinese style. Changzhou — the Dragon City — is a place of enduring spirit and gracious hospitality. It is our sincere hope that all fellow enthusiasts will carry the Tao through attire and convey sentiment through beauty, joining us for a romantic rendezvous where the qipao meets the elegance of Jiangnan. May the refined charm of Chinese civilization permeate every corner of this Dragon City, and may the timeless splendor of the qipao captivate the world.

The ceremony then welcomed Mr. Gu Jinchang — President of the Huaxia Qipao Cultural Research Institute, Director of the Huaxia Qipao Cultural Museum, and Founder & President of Senyi Cultural Development (Kunshan) Co., Ltd. — to the stage, where he delivered a keynote address of remarkable vision and inspiring conviction.
President Gu Jinchang noted that in this season of late spring, we have come together through a shared cultural conviction and a common dream, gathering in Changzhou — a storied city of Jiangnan — to collectively chart an ambitious course for the development of the qipao cultural industry. The year 2026, the Year of the Horse (Bingwu in the traditional Chinese sexagenary cycle), is a year of momentum and bold new chapters — and equally, a year of breakthrough, transcendence, and the pursuit of global aspirations. At this pivotal moment, the inheritance and revitalization of China‘s outstanding traditional culture, and the innovative development of the cultural industry, are converging into a dual tide of historic opportunity. Remaining steadfast in our founding mission, building upon a solid foundation of dedicated action, and steering with clear strategic vision, we are drawing the grand blueprint for this year‘s development. We pledge to advance with the force of thunder, forging an entirely new paradigm of high-quality development for China‘s qipao cultural industry. In pursuit of this year‘s development goals, the Research Institute has unveiled eight core strategic initiatives to chart the course for the industry‘s global expansion:
I. Consolidating Physical Foundations — Achieving Nationwide Coverage
We will ensure the efficient operation and steady revenue growth of the Suzhou venue, while accelerating the construction of four new venues — in Sanya, Thailand, Wuhan, and Changsha. Within the year, we aim to complete and inaugurate at least two of these venues, while simultaneously securing agreements with three strategic partner venues. Our target is to bring the total number of venues nationwide to more than eight, establishing a physical industry network with full national coverage and international linkage — providing robust, tangible support for cultural outreach and industry growth.
II. Expanding Global Reach — Strengthening the Development Matrix
We will fast-track the rollout of more than 1,000 Huaxia Zhiyuan Club locations, host over 100 globally-oriented thematic symposiums throughout the year, and build a platform for shared resources, co-created communities, and collective success. Our goal is to plant the banner of the Huaxia Zhiyuan brand across every corner of China and onto the world stage, amplifying the brand‘s global presence and influence.
III. Deepening Cultural Craftsmanship — Building a Premier Cultural IP
We will dedicate our full efforts to bringing A Century of Qipao Evolution — a premium stage production — to audiences across 100 global performances. With equal devotion, we will create the landmark cultural event: a Ten-Thousand-Person Scroll of "A Thousand Li of Rivers and Mountains" rendered in Qipao, a monumental celebration of Eastern aesthetics designed to transmit the essence of Chinese civilization across generations. Through these endeavors, we aspire to carry Chinese qipao culture beyond all borders, illuminating this era and earning global renown.
IV. Fulfilling Our Mission — Empowering Rural Revitalization
We will deepen our agricultural support initiative centered on Fuping Shengtang goat milk powder, delivering targeted assistance to 100,000 households and generating industry value in excess of RMB 100 million. We will strengthen the Huaxia Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICH) creative brand, driving nationwide sales of distinctive products such as leather goods and Ping‘an Fu tea cakes, while introducing more than 100 new ICH-inspired and rural revitalization products. Through 20 ICH-themed agricultural livestreaming events, we will bridge the final mile between cultural enrichment and agricultural empowerment, benefiting one million families.
V. Entering the Capital Markets — Achieving a Transformative Leap
We will mount a focused effort to break into the capital markets, pursuing a listing of Senyi Cultural Development (Kunshan) Co., Ltd. on either the NASDAQ or the New York Stock Exchange. By harnessing the power of capital, we will drive industry upgrading and achieve a quantum leap in both brand value and overall corporate strength.
VI. Bridging World Civilizations — Demonstrating Cultural Confidence
We will carefully organize a transnational cultural exchange event bringing together ten thousand participants, with journeys to Thailand, Vietnam, Laos, and beyond. Using the qipao as a cultural bond and exchange as a bridge of friendship, we will present to the world the unique allure of China‘s traditional culture, conveying the profound depth and human warmth of Eastern aesthetics.
VII. Setting Industry Benchmarks — Channeling the Spirit of Public Good
We will bring the Fourth Annual Ten-Thousand-Person Qipao Gala to life with the utmost craftsmanship, creating a flagship cultural celebration that sets the standard for the industry. Staying true to our founding values and social responsibilities, we will provide targeted, paired support to 100 orphans, widowed elders, and centenarians, embodying corporate accountability through compassion and highlighting the humanitarian spirit at the heart of traditional cultural enterprise.
VIII. Anchoring Ambitious Targets — Advancing at Full Speed
Over the course of the year, we will commit more than RMB 500 million in fixed asset investment, driving with full force toward the strategic targets of RMB 5 billion in revenue and RMB 1 billion in tax and profit contributions. Through the strength of hard capability and the proof of concrete achievement, we will write a magnificent chapter in the high-quality development of China‘s traditional cultural industries.
"The road ahead is long and fraught with obstacles — yet those who walk it shall arrive. Those who walk without ceasing shall find the future full of promise." Citing this classical adage, President Gu Jinchang emphasized that since the grand launch of the Changzhou Liyang Global Expansion Inaugural Conference on March 28th, the Huaxia Zhiyuan Club has seized the momentum and delivered a succession of encouraging results. Five club locations — including those in Changzhou, Hangzhou, and Xuzhou — have already been successfully established, with a further 30 to 50 new locations set to open within this month alone. The industry‘s forward momentum is unstoppable, and the horizon ahead is boundless with possibility. Today‘s grand ceremony in the Dragon City marks a critical milestone in translating this year‘s strategy into action, a pivotal node in accelerating the global expansion, and above all, a new point of departure from which all colleagues, united in purpose, will strive toward fresh heights of achievement. When culture flourishes, the nation‘s destiny flourishes. When industry strengthens, the brand strengthens. May we take the qipao as our bond, unity as our wings, and mutual success as our sail — concentrating our collective strength, pressing forward with courage and resolve, and together writing a legend for our times: the story of Chinese qipao culture‘s inheritance, innovation, and journey to the world stage.

Following the keynote address, Mr. Guo Junqi — Vice President of the Huaxia Qipao Cultural Research Institute, Deputy Director of the Huaxia Qipao Cultural Museum, and Vice President of Senyi Cultural Development (Kunshan) Co., Ltd. — took to the stage to deliver an in-depth professional presentation on key subjects including the Huaxia Qipao Cultural Heritage Program and the design scheme for the Suzhou venue. Drawing upon multiple dimensions — among them the excavation of the qipao‘s cultural essence, the interpretation of the venue‘s design philosophy, and the strategic planning of project implementation pathways — Mr. Guo offered a comprehensive and meticulous exposition that provided both solid theoretical grounding and practical, evidence-based guidance for the nationwide rollout and efficient operation of Huaxia Zhiyuan Club locations. His presentation was met with unanimous recognition and appreciation from the distinguished guests in attendance.

Held concurrently, the Huaxia Zhiyuan Club "Thousand Cities, Ten Thousand Stores" Global Expansion Symposium convened with great ceremony in Liyang, Jiangsu. Attending leaders and distinguished guests each took the floor in turn, expressing a high degree of consensus and wholehearted support for the strategic development plan, innovative business model, and long-term vision put forward by President Gu Jinchang. Participants spoke with one voice, pledging their full commitment to the establishment and rollout of Huaxia Zhiyuan Club locations. Through the integration of resources, synergistic collaboration, and collective advancement, all parties affirmed their determination to drive forward the inheritance of Chinese qipao culture and the innovative development of its industry — achieving a dual win in both cultural value and economic value.

The successful convening of this symposium has not only formally raised the curtain on the "Thousand Cities, Ten Thousand Stores" global expansion of Huaxia Zhiyuan Club, but has equally charted an entirely new pathway and practical paradigm for the creative transformation and innovative development of China‘s outstanding traditional culture — with cultural heritage as its core, industry development as its vehicle, and international cooperation as its horizon. Looking ahead, Huaxia Zhiyuan Club will harness the "Thousand Cities, Ten Thousand Stores" network as its medium of outreach, allowing the qipao — a jewel of Eastern aesthetics — to radiate its brilliance across every corner of the globe. Through each distinctive store and every cultural event, the elegant, understated, and profound cultural connotations of the East will be carried to the world, allowing the inner grace and outer beauty of the Eastern woman, and the vast depth of Chinese civilization, to shine with ever more resplendent luminance in the currents of a new era.

In one of the most anticipated moments of the grand ceremony, the signing ceremony for the Wuhan Venue of the Huaxia Qipao Cultural Museum was held with great solemnity before an audience of thousands. Mr. Gu Jinchang — Founder & President of Senyi Cultural Development (Kunshan) Co., Ltd., President of the Huaxia Qipao Cultural Research Institute, and Director of the Huaxia Qipao Cultural Museum — and Mr. Xu Rongguo, President of Wuhan Wanggu Technology Business Incubator Co., Ltd., signed the cooperation agreement on behalf of their respective parties. This signing marks the official launch of the first Huaxia Qipao Cultural Museum in Central China, a milestone that will further strengthen the nationwide network of qipao cultural venues. It injects powerful momentum into the inheritance, outreach, and development of Chinese qipao culture across the Central China region, helping Eastern aesthetics take root and flourish — and ensuring its flame is passed from generation to generation — on the storied land of Jingchu.

One grand ceremony, uniting the finest craftsmanship and heartfelt dedication from across the world. One solemn covenant, opening a magnificent new chapter in the continuity of civilization. The Changzhou Grand Assembly stands as a milestone in the inheritance of Chinese qipao culture, and equally, as a new point of departure for the industry‘s journey toward global development. In the days ahead, all colleagues and fellow travelers will remain true to their founding aspirations and walk forward together — carrying Chinese civilization through the qipao as their vessel, and championing Eastern aesthetics through industry as their foundation. May qipao culture transcend all boundaries of geography, bridge the peoples of the world, and inscribe an enduring and magnificent chapter in the story of traditional culture‘s inheritance and renewal.
